Hey Linda - how fun to see you here. I'm about to mail you a big package. Grin. I'll send an e-mail. Hope you are getting ready for the holidays. We finally got Christmas lights up.

Hi there Linda! Welcome, welcome. It was great to meet you in Tahoe. I was just thinking about you the other day because I was entertaining the idea of stepping out of my YA genre a little bit and heard that you wrote other things as well. I'd love to hear more about it sometime. Happy holidays and happy writing!

Lynda,

I did not take the picture it is actually one of the backround choices from my computer. And since I am from California it reminds me of how much I miss the beach!

Thanks so much for the page compliment. It's pretty fun to see how people express themselves. I've been sucked into the vortex of Facebook lately and had too much fun playing around with that. What a new and fascinating way to procrastinate!! I've applied to the Mentor Program, so if I am accepted I know we'll get a chance to visit. Looking forward to it. I saw you joined the "Slow Group". It has been a great way to get feedback, especially for me, as I live in a remote area. Andie and Heather and Ellen have all been so helpful. Enjoy your day!

Daughter Lily drew it when she was 6. She was a fab cartoonist, life bursting through her line drawings. At nine she's trying to conform. It's sad seeing creativity curl up and die like that.
